Everyone keeps sounding the death knell for printed newspapers. I refuse to listen. But this Star PM thing gave me an ominous feeling in the pit of my stomach. A male friend of mine once told me to cover my ears (which I didn't do) and proceeded to say to his friend, "It's like shoes. You can't throw out your old pair until you have a new pair already bought." He was talking about relationships, but it applies to what the Star is doing here.
Nonetheless, I signed up for it.
